<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Derelict Vessel Data comes from the Derelict Vessel Report contained within the Division of Law Enforcement’s Records Management System. The data is collected by FWC Officers and Partner Law Enforcement Agencies as they investigate Derelict Vessels on the water of the State. This information is used by internal and external customers on the location and status of Derelict Vessels. This data is updated on a regular basis by querying the RMS system. The Division’s Boating and Waterway Section is responsible for ensuring that reports are being started and completed in a timely manner as Derelict Vessels are removed from the waters.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
This information is used by internal and external customers on the location and status of Derelict Vessels.
